On a train, there was a conversation about good and bad habits in maintaining health. A big, tough guy was very excited about this subject.
- Look at me! - He said. - I've never been sick in my entire life, and it's all about simple eating.
The guy went on:
- You are wondering why? Ladies and gentlemen! - He said cheerfully – From the age of 20 to 40, I live a simple normal life – healthy, punctual, abstemious. Every day, no matter it’s winter and summer, I usually go to bed at about 9 pm and wake up at 5 am. I work from 8 am to 1 pm, then have lunch - a frugal lunch. Then there is a half-hour of rest, then four more hours of work, then...
- Excuse me! - A stranger in the corner interrupted the guy. – But why were you jailed?
