However, after eating a large amount of food, they immediately felt the need to remove that food from the body. The most common actions here are vomiting, using enema, avoid food for a long time after eating, and exercising with high intensity...

People suffering from bulimia nervosa may not lose weight, so you need to pay more attention to other symptoms. For example, eating fast and uncontrolledly, spending too much time on the toilet after eating, preferring to eat in privacy... The cause of this illness is similar to anorexia nervosa, which is usually obsession about appearance.

Consequently, people with bulimia nervosa will lack nutrients in the body and have bigger risk of stroke and heart failure. In addition, acid reflux, sore throat, tooth decay, and sores are also the result of this condition.


Binge eating

Binge eating’s symptom is similar to bulimia nervosa’s, which is a lot of eating and lack of control over time. However, people with this condition after eating will not try to remove food from their body. They often have very negative emotions, such as shame and guilt. In the long run, it can develop into bulimia nervosa, leaving many serious consequences for health.

People with binge eating often see eating as a solution to all the problems in their life. As a form of eating disorder, people often do not take the disease too seriously. They think that these symptoms are only temporary. Therefore, many patients are overweight, or even obese because of uncontrolled eating. They get caught up in a cycle of negative emotions and eating. They eat and then gain weight, feel sad and eat again and so on. People with binge eating need help and understanding from relatives to completely return to normal life.
