4 simple ways to prevent frequent fatigue
According to Everydayhealth, more than 1 million Americans live with chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS), according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Chronic fatigue is a condition characterized by extreme fatigue after physical or mental exertion that is not related to a particular underlying disease.
In addition to prolonged fatigue, CDC may be accompanied by nonspecific symptoms such as influenza, body ache, nervous deterioration, memory decline... Chronic fatigue also has similar symptoms to many other illnesses, including mononucleosis, Lyme disease, lupus, multiple sclerosis, fibromyalgia... These conditions often start with sleep disturbances, and depression disorders.
There are many theories about the cause of this syndrome, but there are no proper conclusions. Living with chronic fatigue syndrome can make you uncomfortable and irritable. So, do not skip the natural ways below to make you feel better.
1. Practice exercises that have been classified for therapeutic purposes
Many studies have shown that classified exercise therapy will help people with CFS decrease the situation significantly. This type of exercise allows you to start slowly with stretching and moving exercises. Over time, you can increase intensity and duration of your exercise.
In a particular study, participants in these exercise regimens were less fatigued than those who underwent other medical treatments.
2. Sleep enough, and sleep well
People with CFS often suffer from lack of sleep, insomnia or sleep disturbances. Therefore, to reduce fatigue, it is best to increase sleep and sleep quality to increase energy and help recover muscles.
Sleep at least 8 hours a night. If you have trouble sleeping, try some foods that make it easy to sleep or practice meditation, yoga or gentle exercise before going to bed.
3. Supplement ribose
