Having bright, healthy eyes depends on our habits and what we eat on a daily basis. If you regularly add good food to your diet, your eyesight will be greatly enhanced.

1. Salmon


Omega-3 fatty acid in salmon prevents dry eye and age-related macular degeneration. Eating salmon regularly can help protect the retina from damage and prevent vision loss.

To obtain this valuable omega-3 fatty acid, you should eat salmon frequently. In addition to salmon, other fish such as sardines, herrings and mackerels can also provide great benefits for the eyes.

2. Spinach


Spinach is considered to be one of the most nutritious type of vegetables. In addition to the rich source of fiber, they also contain vitamin A, lutein and zeaxanthin. Vitamin A helps protect the cornea, protects eyes from ultraviolet light and zeaxanthin which contribute to visual damage. With spinach, you can make many delicious or grilled dishes for breakfast. 3. Carrot

5. Walnut


Walnuts contain large amounts of omega-3 fatty acid, which plays an important role in protecting the eyes. Moreover, they are rich in antioxidants, zinc and vitamin E, which helps fight inflammation and protects the heart.
