Our cooking will not be complete without adding a lot of oil and spices.

Edible oils are often used in the preparation of dishes for breakfast, lunch or dinner. In India, any dish requires a large amount of cooking oil. Cooking parathas, curry, dosas or any other food without the real oil is beyond our imagination. Over the past decades, food experts and nutritionists have recommended the use of different cooking oils. They say we should change our cooking oil every 3 months.

Rice bran oil
