Many of the hit songs have hit a billion views in 2018. Let’s point out the most prominent music products which have achieved such good results.

Pharrell Williams - "Happy"


"Happy" is a song composed, produced, and performed by American singer-songwriter Pharrell Williams. "Happy" is a midtempo soul and neo-soul song that Williams's voice has been compared to Curtis Mayfield by critics. The song has created a global hit, when a lot of artists, fans, as well as contestants in music programs,  covered. It reached # 1 in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, and 19 other countries.

Sia - "Cheap Thrills" (Lyric Video) ft. Sean Paul


"Cheap Thrills" is a song by Australian singer Sia from her seventh studio album, “This Is Acting” (2016). The song became her # 1 hit on the Billboard Hot 100.

Rihanna - "Work" (Explicit) ft. Drake


Right from the launch, Rihanna's "Work" quickly became one of the world's hit songs. The song reached number one on the US Billboard Hot 100, becoming Rihanna's fourteenth single. The song also reached number one in Canada, Brazil, Denmark, France, the Netherlands and top five charts in Australia, New Zealand, Ireland and Germany.

Bruno Mars - "24K Magic"


"24K Magic" is a song by American singer and songwriter Bruno Mars. As the main single from the studio album of the same name, the song was released on October 7, 2016, in digital download and streaming format by Atlantic Records. The song won the Record of the Year at the 60th Grammy Awards. "24K Magic" is a funk, disco, and contemporary R & B genre.

Twenty One Pilots - "Heathens"


"Heathens" is a song written and recorded by American duo Twenty One Pilots, released as the main single for the soundtrack of “Suicide Squad” (2016) on June 16, 2016. The track debuted at number two on the US Billboard Hot 100 but failed to surpass The Chainsmokers' "Closer", becoming the band's fifth-highest-grossing song on the Hot 100. This is the band's highest charting single, along with "Stressed Out."

Shawn Mendes - "Stitches"


"Stitches" is a song by Canadian singer Shawn Mendes for his debut studio album, Handwritten (2015). The song became the first single ranking at number four in the top ten of the Billboard Hot 100.

Sam Smith - "I'm Not The Only One"


"I'm Not The Only One" is a soul ballad song, about infidelity in love and is inspired by the love story of a person that Sam Smith and Napes know (Napes is the one who wrote this song).

Guns N 'Roses - "November Rain"


Guns N 'Roses' hit song is the first song of the 1990s to reach the milestone of 1 billion views on the world's leading social video. Their other hit - "Sweet Child O 'Mine" - now has more than 694 million views.

Carly Rae Jepsen - "Call Me Maybe"


"Call Me Maybe" is a song by Canadian recording artist Carly Rae Jepsen in her first EP, “Curiosity” (2012) as well as Jepsen's second studio album, “Kiss” (2012). After the release, "Call Me Maybe" received positive responses from contemporary music critics, in which they appreciated the production process as well as the lyrics content of it, and called it is a "perfect pop".

ZAYN - "Dusk Till Dawn" ft. Sia


Rounding out the official MV on September 7, 2017, Zayn Malik and Sia's "Dusk Till Dawn" hit 1 billion Youtube views. This again proves why Zayn has always been considered the most successful solo 1D member after leaving the group because of the ability to choose the "partner" to help him more and more confirmed his name on the solo stage.
