Emma Stone refuses “Wonder Woman 2” villain role

A source confirmed that DCEU found a rival for Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot) in the next seperate movie, but the number one candidate Emma Stone immediately refused the role.

That Hashtag Show reveals the rival of Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot) in her second movie, Cheetah. This is a news site that has its own news sources or exact predictions for the latest superhero movie projects.

In the original DC comic book, Cheetah is Diana Prince's longtime rival. Her real name is Barbara Ann Minerva, who is a stalwart archaeologist inheriting the huge property. It is this wealth that makes Barbara obsessed with and creates her ambition for an everlasting life.

On a visit to ancient relics, she meets the god Urzkartaga and is given extraordinary powers. Since then, Barbara has used her superior ability to inflict a myriad of unforeseen calamities, which causes Wonder Woman’s anger.

The source also revealed Warner Bros. and DC targeted Emma Stone for Cheetah, but the role was immediately refused by the star. The 29-year-old actress is not a strange face in superhero films when she played Gwen Stacy in Sony's two installments of The Amazing Spider-Man (2012-2014) alongside Andrew Garfield.

It's a failed Spider-Man movie series, and Sony had to allow the Spider-Man's presence in the Marvel Cinema universe with the performance of new star Tom Holland. Garfield and Stone's The Amazing Spider-Man franchise has since disappeared.

It is unclear whether Emma Stone is no longer interested in superhero movies, or the Wonder Woman 2 (2019) is not suitable for her. However, she is unlikely to become Gal Gadot's rival on the big screen next year.

After the success of Wonder Woman (2017), Warner Bros. and DC has "green-lighted" for female director Patty Jenkins to carry out the second episode. The filmmaker revealed that the new film would be set in the 1980s, and that Wonder Woman might be working with the Soviet government to destroy the bad guys.

Beside Gal Gadot, handsome Chris Pine is also back in Wonder Woman 2. However, it has been unrevealed whether his character Steve Trevor pilot will be resurrected after the end of Wonder Woman or Chris Pine will play Trevor's descendant.

Wonder Woman is still the most successful work of DCEU when the film reached $ 821.9 million and received countless praise from critics. For Wonder Woman 2, the film is scheduled to be released on November 1, 2019.
