‘Avengers: Infinity war’ earns $134 million after 2 days only

The journey of Avengers: Infinity War to break Marvel’s box office records has pretty smoothly started, especially in international markets.

According to Marvel Studios's statistics, Avengers: Infinity War grossed $39 million thanks to early screening on April 26 in North America. This is the best early screening of the Marvel Universe, surpassing Avengers: Age of Ultron ($ 27.6 million), Black Panther ($ 25.2 million) and Captain America: Civil War ($ 25 million).

However, observers said Avengers: Infinity War was likely to reach "only" 225 million dollars after the first three days in North America.

That number helped the blockbuster pass Star Wars: The Last Jedi (2017, $ 220 million), but it was not enough to break the record of Star Wars: The Force Awakens (2015, $ 248 million).
