1. BMW Isetta

This small car with only 2 seats and somewhat weird body was once an effective arm for German police in the early 1960s. The car has only one door and its shape is no different from a fridge door. It was not the initial choice by the German police. However, Germany entered the difficult rebuilding process after World War II, and BMW Isetta was used as the most economical solution of the time. In 2013, a police BMW Isetta was restored and sold for $ 86,000.

2. Porsche 356B Cabrio

On November 23, 1960, the first Porsche 356B Cabrio was put into service in the Düssre police station, Germany. A total of 35 vehicles were in charge of Autobahn (German highways) later. Since Autobahn has no speed limit, but if there was something illegal, the police would need a car capable of catching up and of course BMW Isetta could't do it. Each Porsche 356B Cabrio is on duty for 6 years. Today, this Porsche 356B Cabrio is owned by a Belgian collector.
