"Yoga is my favorite exercise," Meghan shared in an interview. With inspiration and motivation from her mother as a yoga instructor, she began practicing yoga as a child. For meghan, there are so many benefits that come with the practice of yoga. A few benefits of vinyasa yoga include increased flexibility and muscle strength, greater happiness, increased mental focus, a greater ability to relax, decreased anxiety and better sleep.

Due to age restrictions, Meghan said that she jogged less but jogging was still an important part of her athletic routine. Meghan often jogs every morning, unless the job requires her to move early. According to her, jogging not only strengthens her health but also brings a lot of spiritual benefits.

At the dinner table of the future princess, the most frequently chosen food is fish and green vegetables. Meghan happily admitted that she was a vegetarian. However, she always follows a healthy diet and tries to choose healthy foods. “I’m conscious of what I eat. I try to eat vegan during the week and then have a little bit more flexibility with what I dig into on the weekends.” said she.

“But at the same time, it’s all about balance. Because I work out the way I do, I don’t ever want to feel deprived. I feel that the second you do that is when you start to binge on things. It’s not a diet; it’s lifestyle eating.” she added.

Motivation

Meghan likes to practice herself at home like buying a guide DVD or running a jog. According to Meghan, the most important factor to do this is motivation. For Meghan, her motivation comes from the feeling of her healthy body and mind. Whenever she feels like wanting to postpone the rehearsal, she always reminds herself of the physical and mental benefits that exercise brings about to motivate herself.

Relaxing time

Although always working hard, Meghan does not forget to spend time for herself. "I allow myself to enjoy my free time," Meghan said in an interview.

"We are living a very busy life, but I always try to spend an hour to relieve stress like watching TV and playing with my dogs.… Then I would have a really great dinner with friends. I love to cook. I’m pretty low-key. I travel so much that, in my downtime, I really relish the quiet.” For Meghan, it's an investment to keep life balanced.
