Time of day you should and should not exercise
It is reported that regular exercise at the right time will help you to improve effectively your energy and health. However, there are times that you need to avoid exercising so as not to damage your muscles, as well as increase your risk of getting diseases.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) encourages people to have 2.5 hours of moderate cardiovascular training (walking, cycling ...) or 1.25 hours of heavy cardiovascular exercise (jogging, swimming...), which combined with 2 gym sessions per week.
What time of day should you exercise?
In the morning
According to Boldsky - a health expert, the best time to exercise in the morning is between 10am and 11am. At that time, the body ‘feels’ more dynamic, and is full of vitality and metabolism.
It is commonly believed that exercising at 15-16 pm is good for people’s health. This is the time when the body temperature is at its highest, which will help you to sweat more. Sweating helps your body to eliminate toxins and fight skin infections.

Catching a cold
Experts say that when you got a cold, regular exercise will kill the bacteria that cause the disease, infection and prevent it from causing other diseases.
According to many studies, women should exercise During menstruation. During this period of time, the body releases endorphins, which helps to reduce cramps in the stomach which are common during menstruation.
When being exhausted and tired
If you feel exhausted, do exercise. 30 minutes of exercise will boost blood circulation and increase oxygen levels in your body, which makes you feel energized and improves your energy.

People who start exercising should know when they should not exercise. If you have pain and your muscles swell, try not to exercise because it can cause damage to your injured muscles.

One of your mistakes is to exercise immediately after eating. This can lead to slow digestion and disorders, which affects negatively the intestines, and stomach.
Before going to sleep
Strong exercises increase your heart rate and blood flow, which makes your body fatigue. This is not good if you want to fall asleep. Regular exercise in the evening is only effective before 19h, which gives the body enough time to relax before bed.
