It is reported that raspberries contains antioxidants and ellagic acids, which helps prevent some certain cancers such as cervical cancer and esophageal cancer. Ketone extracts in raspberries help promote metabolism.

Apple

An apple contains flavanoids (antioxidants), which plays an important role in curing asthma and diabetes. It also helps to whiten your teeth and clean your mouth.
