Fruit is rich in nutrients, fiber and vitamins, so it will help you both physically and mentally, as well as reducing the risk of illness. Adding fruit to your daily diet will bring you great health benefits. There are many reasons to eat fruit every day, but keep in mind that fresh fruit consumption is much better than preserved or canned fruits. It is reported that fruits provide essential vitamins that your body needs, however, to maximize their benefits, you need to know how to eat in an effective way.
Eat fruits before meals
Many people have the habits of eating fruits as dessert after meals or snacks. Nutrition experts recommend eating fruits when your are hungry, especially as for diabetic patients, they should not eat fruits as dessert after meals. Because the fruits have a lot of sweetness, which can increase blood sugar levels.
Eating fruits when being hungry will help detoxify the body, and providing your body with the most of its vitamins. However, it should be noted that not all fruits should be eaten when being hungry, because compounds found in them can cause acid reflux in the stomach, causing distention, and dyspepsia, especially for patients suffering from stomach pain. Therefore, you should not eat bananas, lychee, limes, oranges when being hungry. The best time to eat fruits is before meals for 30-60 minutes.

In addition, you should diversify, and change the variety of fruits to balance the nutrients needed for the body. Not expensive fruit is nutritious.
You should not choose to eat fruits that has been ripe, blackened or fermented because the nutrient content may have changed. People with diabetes should eat only bananas and mangoes to limit hyperglycemia.
