1. Turmeric only:
Mix one spoon of turmeric with one cup of warm milk. Drink this milk in the evening before going to sleep to get a sound sleep. Also, make sure to consume turmeric regularly to reduce the joint pain and inflammation caused by arthritis. 2. Turmeric and Water:
Add one spoon of turmeric into water. Mix it thoroughly and boil it for 15 minutes. This will help create 12% of curcumin mixture. You need to drink this solution within four hours. Else the curcumin will gradually reduce to 6% in about 6 hours.
3. Turmeric and Ginger:
Ginger has anti-inflammatory properties that help remove the inflammatory chemicals from the painful joints. Take half a spoon of turmeric powder and powdered ginger root. Brew them in boiling water for about 20 to 30 minutes. Drink this tea to get relief from arthritis.
