8 drinks to help you get better sleep
If you are constantly tired and suffer from insomnia, you can use some types of drinks below.
1. Hot chocolate
According to Boldsky, drinking a cup of hot chocolate before going to bed makes your mind relaxed, which allows you to fall asleep more easily. Thus, you can enjoy this type of drink with milk or cream to enhance the taste.
