1. FASHIONED BY NATURE

Venue: Victoria and Albert Museum (V & A), London, England

Time: April 21st 2018 – January 27th 2019

This is the first exhibition in the UK to explore the complex relationship between fashion and nature from 1600 to the present. In addition to displaying stylish clothing along with natural history specimens, the exhibition also features new fabrics and advanced dyeing processes. Visitors will learn about the fashion accessories used to design their own outfits.

2. AZZEDINE ALAIA: THE COUTURIER

Venue: Design Museum, Kensington, England

Time: October 5th – 7th 2018

Azzedine Alaia is praised as a master of the rich and prosperous Haute Couture. He has created the eternal beauty of costly couture costumes. This is an exhibition to commemorate the illustrious career of the “King of Cling”. Viewers will have the opportunity to discover the passion of the great designer through his bold designs of the era.

3. SUPER SHARP

Venue: Fashion Space Gallery, London, England

Time: February 1st – April 21st 2018

“Super Sharp” opens up the opportunity to explore the intersection of Italian fashions and underground music inspired by Jungle and UK Garage (born in the 90s). By combining music, exhibits and original garments, the exhibition brings fresh insights into the reasons why high-end Italian brands focused on cultural history and styles of both Jungle and UK Garage.

4. FRIDA KAHLO’S WARDROBE

Venue: Victoria and Albert Museum (V & A), London, England

Time: June 16th 2018 – January 11th 2019

This exhibition will present an extraordinary collection of personal artifacts and costumes by Mexican iconic artist Frida Kahlo. Frida Kahlo is a famous female painter with brilliant paintings, inspired by Mexican indigenous culture as well as European influences. What amazes everyone is that the collection was buried 50 years after Frida Kahlo was gone, which means it has never been displayed outside of Mexico.

5. ORLA KIELY: A LIFE IN PATTERN

Venue: The Fashion and Textile Museum, London, England

Time: May 25th – September 23th 2018

This is the first exhibition to honor the contributions of Irish designer Orla Kiely, including the typical "Stem" style she created in the 1990s. Fresh colors are the highlight of the "Stem" design chain, inspired by family life in Ireland in the 1960s and 1970s. With more than 150 models and products, including collaborations with photographers, directors and architects - the exhibition will prove the power of decoration and colors in shaping the aesthetics of the 21st century.
